Hot Yoga 26 Extravaganza is open to everyone—from complete beginners to experienced Bikram Yoga practitioners and teachers. The series includes 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises done in the same sequence, but each class feels different as your body and mindset change daily. The goal is to build strength, flexibility, and focus—creating a true “Moving Meditation.” Through consistent practice of iconic poses like Standing Head to Knee, Triangle, and Camel, students master the 3 B’s: breathing, balancing, and bending.

It is very unique to have a big scenic hot yoga studio at a retreat center anywhere in the world.This is our 21st annual retreat at YogaSol’s home base: Pura Vida Spa in Costa Rica, a tranquil, spiritual retreat center with a beautiful hot yoga studio. Our group includes yogis from across the U.S.—Connecticut, New York, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, and Colorado—many of whom return each year to celebrate yoga, friendship, and the beauty of Costa Rica.

In addition to two Hot Yoga 26 classes daily, we offer a mid-week Posture Clinic, a beach day in Jaco, coffee plantation hikes, and optional tennis or pickleball. Guests also enjoy the spa’s wellness treatments, solar-heated pool, and hot tub.

Rates start at $1,820 per person for a shared tentalow.

Single cottages feature private bathrooms, balconies, and beautiful views of the San Jose Valley. This package includes your accommodations, three healthy and delicious meals per day, all yoga sessions, a mid-week Posture Clinic, and airport transportation in Costa Rica, starting at $2,683.
