You may want to attend one of our posture clinics if you want to:
– go in-depth on a specific hot yoga 26&2 posture
– see what teacher training is like
– see if you might want to be a teacher at some point in the future
– spend 2.5 hours in the hot room getting personal instruction from Olivia Anselmo
Time:
Each posture clinic is 2.5 hrs. Come and practice as little or as long as you like.
All clinics start at 2:00 p.m.
